Shipping
US
Shipping: Items under $200 will be shipped USPS Priority mail, $5.95 plus
insurance. Orders $200 or more send with signature confirmation $1.80 plus insurance
(see below).Jade bangle bracelets over $100 will be shipped UPS insured. During
free shipping sales, items may be shipped first class mail.
Damage:If
your shipment is damaged, you will be provided the insurance receipt to claim
compensation. Be sure to keep the damaged item and all packing material until
the claim is paid. Contact YYJ immediately. If a similar item is available, your
claim may be settled through replacement at the discretion of YYJ.
Priority
mail: starts at $5.95
Insurance: $1.30 for $50, $2.30 for $100 insurance,
each $100 is additional $1. Some items may be self insured and will be replaced
if damaged.

International Shipping: Basic shipping starts at $10 for USPS mail. Shipping will be calculated for heavier items based on weight to your country. Returns
Bracelets
Helpful information about finding your bangle bracelet size is found on this web site. However, a bracelet that you can't wear because it doesn't fit is not going to make you happy, so please contact me immediately if you need to exchange for another size. Buyer will be responsible for shipping for the return and the exchange. There is a 35% processing fee for exchanges of bangle bracelets. Exchange must be completed within 10 days. You must have return authorization.
Returns are credited at 50% and the return must be completed within 10 days of sale.
Most sellers do not allow returns for bangles. The reason for this is that sometimes they are returned with damage that the seller doesn't notice until it is being relisted. Please choose your bangle bracelet carefully and contact me if you have any questions.
I double-check the bangles before I ship them to make sure they do not have cracks. If they are damaged in shipment, I will provide you with the insurance receipt so you can make a claim. I ship bangles priced higher than $50 insured. I apologize in advance for any inconveniece that may be caused because I will not accept returns of bangles that are claimed to be cracked when they are received.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Other returns
If you must return an item, you need to contact me prior to returning for an authorization. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Returns must be completed within 10 days. There is a 25% processing fee for returned items except for bangles (see above). If you send me an item that was not purchased from Ying Yu Jade, and ask for a "refund", I will keep the item for 30 days before disposing of it. If I receive a damaged item, I will not issue a refund. I check every item before I ship it, and it is shipped to you exactly as described.
If you return an item without contacting me for instructions, or ship by a method not specified with my return instructions, there will be a $25 service charge.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel an order after it has been charged to your credit card, there is a 10% fee to cover the cost the credit card processing company charges YYJ to process your card for the purchase and to make the refund. Your credit card will be credited for 90% of your purchase.
A note about carved jade bangle bracelets: The material used for carved jade bangle bracelets is often a jade bangle that has a small crack. The carving disguises the crack. Carving adds additional stress to the jade, and you may see some small cracks or stress marks. These cracks or stress marks do not compromise the durability of the bracelet. You may also see a a scratch or indentation where the bracelet was held during the carving. These are not considered defects.
