Find a comforable place to sit or lie down for approximately 30-40 minutes. The space should be quiet, comfortable temperature, soft lighting. Music is often helpful to aid in relaxation.

Hold your crystal in your right hand if you are a woman, and left hand if you are a man. Place your arms at the side of your body, with your palms facing up and the crystal in the palm of the hand. Focus on the crystal, feel the energy from the crystal.

Breathe softly through your nose, feel your breath go in an out, and breathe abdominally.

You may feel energy from the crystal, which may feel like tingling, warmth, coolness, vibration, or heaviness.

Relax and open your body, mind and spirit and trust that the Reiki will move into and through your body, and go where it needs to for healing.

Remain in relaxation, and.or focus on your crystal for 30-40 minutes.

You may feel refreshed and invigorated, or relaxed with the desire to take a nap. Everyone is different, trust your body and do what feels best.

Drink water after your session to help with cleansing the toxins, and continue your day.
