Ying Yu Jade Ben Wa Kegel Balls

Ben Wa Kegel exercise balls improve the muscular strength of the vagina. To use the jade Ben Wa Kegel balls, insert both of them and use the vaginal muscles to keep them inside.Kegel exercise is intended to improve the muscle strength. Locate your pelvic floor muscles by imagining you are interrupting your urine stream. Slowly tighten and hold for 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Next, try a quicker squeeze and release of the same muscles, which is a faster move that works different muscles. Squeeze and release in rapid succession 10 times. Do one set of fast and one set of slow kegels each day, working up to three sets of both daily. Ben Wa balls give you feedback because you can feel the balls moving.
