Ying Yu Jade Ben Wa Kegel Balls

Ben Wa Kegel exercise balls improve the muscular strength of the vagina. Each use will increase the tone of the muscles that (1) stop the flow of urine, (2) cause clitoral erection during sexual arousal, (3) rhythmically contract during sexual orgasm and (4) support the bladder, uterus and rectum. Then she supposedly got so turned on so that when hubby came home she'd be ready to go at it. After the mercury leaked and killed a few women, they were outlawed. Most of he ones made today are metal balls that don't have anything inside. Jade ben wa balls are heavy and natural and energetically compatible with your body.

To use the jade Ben Wa Kegel balls, insert both of them and use the vaginal muscles to keep them inside.Kegel exercise is intended to improve the muscle strength. Locate your pelvic floor muscles by imagining you are interrupting your urine stream. Slowly tighten and hold for 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Next, try a quicker squeeze and release of the same muscles, which is a faster move that works different muscles. Squeeze and release in rapid succession 10 times. Do one set of fast and one set of slow kegels each day, working up to three sets of both daily. Ben Wa balls give you feedback because to do kegel exercise correctly, you need to "lift" the pelvic floor, then squeeze, and the balls give you something to "lift".

Some women report that they enjoy the subtle stimulation produced by wearing Ben Wa Balls as they go about their daily tasks, others report that they only enjoy using them during partner play. The proper positioning of the balls, if you are aiming for g-spot stimulation, would be up in the front of the vagina. The only place you should not aim for is up behind the cervix toward her back. Jade: Light or Dark Green? Yin or Yang? What does it mean? Which kind for me?
